These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of this website thevetcentermalta.com which is owned and managed by Mobile Vet Malta, located at The Vet Center Malta, Burmarrad Road, St Paul’s Bay, Malta.
Once you have placed your order you also agree to the terms and conditions.
Deliveries
We offer deliveries at a fee of €10 in Malta if the order is under €45.
Gozo deliveries at a fee of €15 if under €75.
Free delivery on orders €45 and over in Malta.
Orders will be prepared during weekdays only. They cannot be prepared on weekends or Public Holidays.
We usually deliver within 2 to 4 working days. However, we might take up to 6 days or more depending on the availability of the products you’ve ordered.
We will contact you to organise a delivery date that works for you as soon as possible.
We kindly ask you to be patient with us, we will process your delivery as soon as we possibly can.
For any questions about your order after it was placed, please email us at info@thevetcentermalta.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Medical products and supplements are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Damaged items cannot be returned; please make sure your goods are received in good condition on delivery.
Once an order is placed online, cancellation of such order will not be possible.
All returns are to be made at The Vet Center Malta, Burmarrad Road, St Paul’s Bay, Malta.
We aim to deliver you our best products; should there be an issue with the products when we are preparing your items for delivery, we will contact you to offer alternatives or refunds if necessary.
We will process your personal data following GDPR regulations and it will all be kept confidential. We would also like to use this data to inform you of any special offers we might have in the future.
Should you wish to opt out of this agreement, please ask any one of our staff members for assistance or email us at info@thevetcentermalta.com, and all your details will be permanently removed from our records.
Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by Maltese law. You and we both agree that the courts of Malta will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business user, these terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Maltese law. We both agree that the Maltese Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes.
